A 1950's 'Woody' caravan reproduction, Miss BB is the ultimate in vintage surfie chic. Serving our signature ice shaves, desserts and drinks, she's the hostess with the mostest.
The first of her kind in Australia, Miss BB's a bespoke, hand crafted vintage Bondwood caravan. Customisable for a vintage or Hawaiian vibe, she'll get your party started with our signature Hawaiian shave ice, chillers, candy floss, macaroon sandwiches and brewed coffee, tea and hot chocolate. Working hard all year round, she's available for your:

Trailing the scent of the sea and a cool summer breeze, our Hello Summer Chillout Van brings a relaxed vibe to every occasion. Packed with treats like our signature Hawaiian shave ice, chillers, snow ice, candy floss and our always loved waffles-on-a-stick, he's guaranteed to put the fun in your function. Thanks to an on-board generator, he's completely self-sufficient and is avaiable for hire for your next:

Perfect for the time (or space) limited, our Easy Up Marquee's most commonly used at local street markets, small and intimate celebrations, or as a backup to our Miss BB or Hello Summer Chillout Van. HAWAIIAN SHAVE ICE
Forget those dodgy snow cones and slushies, our shave ice is the real deal. Fluffy and light as snow, they're made on an ice cream base with a 'snow-capped' condensed milk top. Flavoured with your choice of over 20 Hawaiian Snow syrups (there's no cordial on our watch), you can stick with the traditional, embrace the tropical, or create your own unique flavour combination. Made using the original Hawaiian method, they're an icy treat we guarantee you won't get anywhere else.
NO REGRETS - SOFT SERVE
DELIGHTFULLY DELICIOUS LACTOSE AND GLUTEN FREE
At Hello Summer we believe allergies and intolerances should never be a barrier to a great dessert. That's why we offer lactose and gluten free soft serve in a variety of flavours, including raspberry, peach, banana, strawberry, vanilla and chocolate, as well as seasonal flavours like Pumpkin Pie, Kettle Corn, Eggnog and Dulce de Leche (a fancy kind of caramel). Available in cones, cups or as an addition to your authentic Hawaiian Shave Ice, it's the ice cream everyone can enjoy.
SNOW ICE
With a Hello Summer Snow Ice, science and taste collide with a bang. A healthier alternative to regular ice cream, it's a refreshing combination of light and fluffy folds of shaved milk ice and fresh fruit. Add some popping boba pearls (like popping candy, only better), and you've got molecular gastronomy in a cup. Originating in Taiwan, it's a well-kept sweet secret you won't forget in a hurray.
CHILLERS
Had your fill of bland smoothies and cordial soaked slushies? Our Hello Summer Chillers are a smooth, rich and creamy blend ice drink made on real fruit puree. Served in a 600ml cup, they come in a range of flavours including passionfruit, mango, strawberry, lychee, apple, pineapple, honeydew melon and coconut. Add some popping fruit bubbles (trust us, you won't regret it), and you've got a fruity drink like no other.
WAFFLES-ON-A-STICK
What's better than a waffle? A waffle on a stick of course! Cool cousin to the traditional variety, it's crispy on the outside and soft and fluffy in the middle. Home made from a super secret Belgian recipe (not even Wiki-leaks know) and locally sourced ingredients, they're baked, not fried, and are low in fat and sugar. Made to order and topped with maple, chocolate or caramel syrup, they're a grab-and-go snack that won't break the diet bank.
CANDY FLOSS
Light as air but sinfully sweet, our candy floss is the stuff dessert dreams are made of. Rainbow bright, it comes in a range of mouth melting moreish flavours, including our all-natural options. Made to order and spun right in front of your eyes, it's available in paper cones, sealed cellophane bags or fast cups and tubs. And for those keen to add a little sparkle, we've also got a Flashing Floss Stick. With eight rainbow light settings, it's guaranteed to light up your night.
